Buckle Farm specializes in crops that grow well in our soils at the farm. In a typical season we begin to harvest and ship around the middle of July and continue until they are sold out. Have a look what we have to offer and see we could meet your needs. All of our products are certified organic and GAP certified, grown, packed and shipped by Buckle Farm

  • Storage Onions:Yellow, Red and White, medium to large ready for market starting in late September and continuing until sold out, typically around January 1st.   Cured and can be stored for up to 6 months. Packed in 25# and 50# mesh bags, 40# bushel boxes or by the pound to the customers request.

  • Specialty Onions: Yellow, red and white cipollini onions, small to large for market starting in late September and continuing until sold out, typically around November 1st.  Packed in 10# cases or by the pound to the customers request.

  • Fresh Onions: Yellow, Red, White and Sweet medium to large, harvested fresh, field packed and cleaned, available for market  in late July into August. Packed in 25# and 50# mesh bags, 40# bushel boxes or by the pound to the customers request.

  • Shallots: Red, medium to large ready for market in early September and continuing until sold out, typically the middle of October.  Cured and packed in 10# cases or by the pound to the customers request.

  • Storage Potatoes: Red, Yellow and Russet, medium to large, ready for market in mid September Sold in 25# bag, 50# bag or by the pound washed or dry brushed depending on customer request.  

  • New Potatoes: Red and Yellow small to medium, ready for market mid July through August.  Picked fresh to order,Sold in 10# cases, 25# bags or by the pound to the customers request. 

  • Broccoli: Crowns and Side Shoots, small to large, ready for market early September and continuing until hard frost about mid October. Picked fresh to order, Crowns packed in 15# bushel boxes and Side Shoots packed in 10# ½ bushel box

  • Storage Cabbage: Green and Red, medium to large heads averaging 6-8 pounds, ready for market late September until sold out.  Sold in 500# bulk bins or 40# cases cleaned and trimmed 

  • Summer Cabbage: Green and Red, medium heads averaging 5 pounds, ready for market August until sold out. Sold in 500# bulk bins, 40# cases and 20# cases cleaned and trimmed

  • Fennel: Green Fennel, medium to large, ready for market in late August until first hard frost, Sold in 18 ct and 24 ct cases harvested to order, cleaned and trimmed.

  • Winter Radish: Watermelon radish medium to large, ready for market end of September until sold out, typically end of October, packed in 25# bags, cleaned and trimmed 

  • Raspberries and Blackberries: Red and Black medium to large berries ready for market in late July through September.  Sold in 12 ct  ½ pints cases, picked daily.
